Purcell International Group is a privately owned executive search firm with consistent success in
a very competitive environment as a result of several factors: foremost among them being the

The company was founded in 1969, and even today there is hands-on involvement by Frank
Purcell, Founder. Purcell International group provides an experience factor of over fifty
years in the executive search arena and is known for an unsurpassed track record of offers made
which are accepted, innovation in multiple staffing situations, and for acquiring a thorough
understanding of client needs.

Purcell International Group is led by an accomplished team of search professionals who have hands on involvement from start to finish, which assures successful completion of all search engagements.

Purcell is a medium-sized search firm (40 partners, associates and researchers) that has far fewer hands-off policies than some other larger search firms. This is very important when there are specific companies that our client would like them to source from.
Purcell will only accept a limited amount of retained search projects simultaneously, thus allowing us to dedicate the appropriate resources needed to complete each search in a timely and cost-effective manner.
In 90% of all searches completed, the candidate that was selected was presented in our initial short list.

We will allocate a minimum of three full-time recruiters/research associates in addition to the Senior Partner in charge of the search, thus vastly reducing time to fill.
